Set Up Phoenix Access on the Devices You Actually Use
Phoenix Access setup is built around Xtream Codes. Start with one device, use one supported app, and get your first stream working before adding anything else.
Follow the Setup in This Order
Pick one device
Use Android TV, Firestick / Fire TV, or Google TV first. Keep the first login simple.
Enable install access
If the app is not in the store, turn on developer mode and allow installs from unknown apps on the device first.
Use Downloader or your installer
Install one supported app like IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, or Sparkle TV before entering any login details.
Use Xtream Codes login
Enter the exact server URL, username, and password from your setup email, then test one live stream.
Do the Device Setup Before the App Login
Firestick / Fire TV
Install Downloader first. If Developer Options is hidden, enable it under My Fire TV, then allow Downloader or unknown apps before sideloading IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, or Sparkle TV.
Android TV / Google TV
If the app is not in the store, enable Developer Options, allow installs from unknown apps for your installer, then sideload the app before using Xtream login.
Why this matters
Many setup problems happen before login because the app was never installed correctly. Finish the install path first, then enter Xtream details.
Best rule
Do not mix install troubleshooting with login troubleshooting. First get the app installed, then use server URL, username, and password.
Best Device Paths for Phoenix Access
ONN Android TV 4K UHD Streaming Device
Best overall recommendation if you want a more open Android TV path. Start with TiviMate or Sparkle TV, then use IPTV Smarters Pro if you want the simplest setup.
Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max
Fast and familiar setup path. Start with IPTV Smarters Pro, then move to TiviMate or Sparkle TV if you want a better TV-style layout.
Why ONN is first
Amazon is moving further away from the standard Android TV path, so ONN is the cleaner long-term recommendation for customers who are still choosing hardware.
Other Android TV / Google TV boxes
Still supported. Use TiviMate, Sparkle TV, or IPTV Smarters Pro with Xtream login, but keep the main customer path centered on ONN and Fire TV Stick 4K Max.
Best App Paths for Phoenix Access
IPTV Smarters Pro
Best if you want the simplest first setup. Open the app, choose Xtream Codes, then enter your server URL, username, and password.
TiviMate
Best if you want a cleaner TV-style guide. Add a playlist or provider, choose Xtream Codes, then enter the details from your setup email.
Sparkle TV
Strong TV-first option for Android TV, Google TV, and Fire TV. Use Xtream Codes and let the guide finish loading on first sync.
Fallback apps
If needed, use Televizo. It is a backup, not the main first setup path.
Use These Exact Fields
Server URL
Paste the exact server or portal URL from your activation email. Remove any extra spaces before saving.
Username
Enter the exact username from your activation email. Usernames are often case-sensitive, so do not guess.
Password
Enter the exact password from your activation email. If paste adds a space, remove it before saving.
Profile name
If the app asks for a profile or playlist name, use any label you want, like Phoenix Access.
Official App, Device, and VPN Links
Use the official vendor pages below if you want install instructions, device help, or general app support. These are external resources provided by the app or device companies themselves.
Official app links
Recommended Device Product Links
Official VPN links
If the portal works on VPN but not on normal internet, the issue is usually network blocking rather than bad Xtream details. These are common official VPN vendor sites customers use to test that case.
Curated video walkthroughs
If you prefer video, use our recommended install walkthroughs for Firestick in the Resources page. They are useful for install flow, but always use your Phoenix Access credentials for login.
Quick rule
Use the device product links if you still need to buy hardware, and use the app links for installs. If your app is installed correctly and the portal still fails, run the Portal Test and compare normal internet vs VPN before assuming your login is wrong.

What to Check Before You Contact Support
Login does not work
Make sure the app is using Xtream Codes. Re-enter the server URL, username, and password exactly as sent.
Guide looks empty
Give the app a minute to finish syncing, then restart the app once. TiviMate and Sparkle TV may need a refresh after first import.
Portal URL seems blocked
Some ISPs block or interfere with IPTV portal URLs. If your app still will not connect with the correct Xtream details, run the Portal Test first, then test again with a VPN before assuming the username or password is wrong.
Video starts but feels unstable
Test another channel first, then check your local network. Weak Wi-Fi causes more issues than the setup itself.
Not sure which app to use
Start with IPTV Smarters Pro for the easiest first setup. Move to TiviMate or Sparkle TV if you want a more polished TV-style layout.
If Setup Still Feels Stuck, Go to Support
Send your order email, device type, app name, and a screenshot of the issue so support can respond faster.
