Test Whether Your Network Can Reach the Phoenix Access Portal
This page helps you test the real portal URL from your own device. Because the portal uses a direct URL with a port, the safest test is to open it in a new tab on your current network, then compare that result with the same test on a VPN if needed.
Portal URL: http://psdns.xyz:826
Run the Test in This Order
Open the portal on normal internet
Tap Open Portal Test and see whether the page opens, loads, redirects, or times out.
Do not worry about login yet
You are not testing username or password here. You are only testing whether your device can reach the portal URL at all.
If it fails, turn on VPN
Connect a VPN on the same device or network path, then open the same portal URL again.
Compare the result
If the portal opens on VPN but not on normal internet, that strongly suggests ISP or network blocking.
What Each Outcome Usually Means
Portal opens or redirects
Your device can reach the host and port. If login still fails after that, the next thing to check is your Xtream server URL, username, and password.
Portal does not open on normal internet
If it times out, never loads, or fails to connect, your ISP or router may be blocking the portal URL.
Portal works on VPN only
This is the strongest sign that the problem is network blocking rather than wrong credentials.
Portal fails on both normal internet and VPN
The issue may be the device, the app, the URL entry, or a wider portal-side problem. Contact support with the result.
Send These Details if the Portal Test Fails
Device
Tell support whether you are using Firestick, Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV, or another box.
App
Say whether you are using IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, Sparkle TV, or another app.
Normal internet result
Say whether the portal opened, redirected, timed out, or never loaded on your normal internet.
VPN result
Say whether the same portal URL worked once VPN was on. That makes troubleshooting much faster.
If the Portal Test Still Fails, Go to Support
Include your device type, app name, normal internet result, VPN result, and a screenshot if possible.
