After purchase

Orders move into review

After checkout, orders move into payment confirmation, order review, activation, and setup preparation.

Support may be part of setup

Some customers need support help to complete setup on the correct device path.

Refunds are not automatic

Refund questions are reviewed case by case, especially if payment has been confirmed and activation or support work has already been invested.
